Information you choose to share

The assessment form stores your name, email, website, inquiry purpose, optional purpose note and submission time. You may optionally share your role, approximate qualified demo volume, CRM or booking tools and a message. Please do not submit credentials, tokens or customer records.

Purpose and storage

This information is used to review your workflow assessment request and contact you about it and possible pilot eligibility. Submissions are stored in a server-side database. They are not displayed publicly. No CRM or calendar connection is made when you submit the form.

The demo and measurement

The interactive demo uses fictional information and does not send messages or create calendar events. Basic website measurement stores daily counts of selected actions and demo scenarios, without names, email addresses, visitor identifiers or message contents. Browser Do Not Track preferences are respected by the measurement client. The hosting provider may process operational logs under its own policies.

Abuse protection

The form uses a hidden bot field, submission timing and a server-side request limit. A rotating hash based on request IP and hourly time window is used for rate limiting; the application does not store the raw IP in its database. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned up on later successful submissions.

Retention and requests

To confirm before public launch: the operating legal entity, business address, privacy contact email, retention and deletion schedule, applicable rights process and any additional service providers.
